Citywise takes a site from dirt to energized. Land strategy, entitlements, mass grading, substation and utility coordination, shell, and deployment readiness run as one program under one team, so the schedule has one owner.
A data center campus is a civil set, a power set, and a building set that have to land on the same schedule. Citywise scopes and executes across all three, so the interfaces that stall projects are ours to manage, not to negotiate.
Site selection and acquisition strategy built around transmission access, fiber routes, water availability, and long-horizon campus viability.
Municipal coordination, entitlements, permitting, and grid interconnection planning that de-risk the front end before capital is committed.
Self-performed mass grading, haul roads, drainage, underground utilities, and pad development built for accelerated campus delivery.
Utility coordination, substation civil, transmission tie-in support, and power strategy aligned with the deployment schedule.
Shell, core, MEP coordination, logistics sequencing, and campus planning for high-density compute environments.
Natural gas, solar, and emerging baseload pathways structured to support resilient, long-duration digital infrastructure.
The usual path from raw land to energized building passes through a land broker, an entitlement consultant, a civil contractor, a utility consultant, a general contractor, and a developer holding it all together by email. Every handoff is a place the schedule can slip.
Each party optimizes its own scope. Grading finishes before the interconnection study is back. The substation pad waits on a utility easement nobody owned. The general contractor mobilizes to a site that is not ready.
Land, entitlements, civil, power, and building scopes are sequenced by the same people who will be held to the energization date. Field crews, utility coordination, and site logistics report to one schedule.
Texas is the fastest-growing data center market in the country and the only one on its own grid. Citywise is based here, operates here, and structures sites around how ERCOT interconnection, county entitlements, and Texas utilities actually work.

The team behind Citywise built its discipline in sectors where schedule certainty, utility coordination, and field execution decide the outcome. Each one carries directly into how a data center site gets delivered.
Phased site delivery, utility sequencing, and stakeholder coordination on live construction sites with multiple trades on the ground at once.
Power-critical buildings with heavy equipment coordination, compressed schedules, and high-performance envelopes and systems.
Large sites, mass earthwork, heavy pavement, and throughput-driven layouts designed around operational scale.
Grid-facing work with utilities and cooperatives, including line construction, right-of-way execution, and energization coordination.
Citywise is structured for curated deal flow, not lead generation. We take on a finite number of engagements each year and prioritize those with defined timelines, committed capital, and a clear path to execution.
Land and site development affiliate that acquires and structures sites for the Citywise platform, including public-private partnerships and mixed-use environments where digital infrastructure anchors regional growth.
Affiliated trucking and hauling operation that gives Citywise projects dedicated material movement capacity without waiting on third-party haulers.
Hyperscale, enterprise, and colocation operators that need power-connected, deployment-ready sites on a committed date.
Private equity, infrastructure funds, and family offices deploying into powered land and campus development.
Investor-owned utilities, cooperatives, and energy developers coordinating interconnection, substation, and behind-the-meter capacity.
Economic development corporations, counties, and municipalities structuring infrastructure that grows the local tax base.
Land and campus developers that want a single civil, power, and delivery partner rather than five subcontracts.
Citywise is founder-led by an operator who has run heavy civil crews, coordinated with Texas utilities, and delivered sites across Central Texas.
Wyatt founded Citywise to close the gap between the people who control land and power and the people who build. He came up through heavy civil construction in the Waco and Central Texas region, running excavation, roads, and utility work before organizing that experience into a platform built for the data center buildout.
He sets site strategy, leads utility and municipal relationships, and stays on the critical path of every engagement Citywise takes on.
Additional leadership and operating team profiles will be added as the platform grows.
